Once you have learned to masturbate just to feel good, then you can begin masturbating to have an orgasm. Find at least 30 minutes when you can be alone. 7. Use a vibrator.If you are having trouble making it to that point of no return, then you should start using a vibrator to push yourself a little bit further.
