Three types of fees are involved in conference registration
Early Bird Rate

Standard Rate
From 00:00 Beijing Time, May 1, 2026

Invoice Instructions
If you need an invoice, please select "Institution" and enter the name of your institution in the "Name" field. Due to the system settings, you may need to change the "Name" field twice before the institutional name is saved successfully. Please make sure the information is correct before proceeding.
On-site Payment
We highly recommend completing the payment online by scanning the QR code. If your personal bank account cannot be used, you may ask a classmate, colleague or friend to pay on your behalf. If online payment is not possible, you may pay on site during registration.
Payment Receipts & Invoices
After completing payment, please keep your receipts (screenshot or photo) and upload them via the link below.
If you need an electronic invoice, please fill in the invoice information when uploading your receipts. Invoices will be sent after the conference. For special invoice requests, please contact iacl32@163.com.
Important Notes
- IACL Membership Required: As required by IACL, only registered members who have paid their membership fees are eligible to give presentations.
- Student registration requires valid student ID verification at check-in.

IACL Membership Registration & Fee
As required by IACL, only registered IACL members who have paid their membership fees are eligible to give presentations. Please complete membership registration and payment by April 30, 2026 at the IACL website. If you have forgotten your account, you may register again.
Please note that the IACL website is the only official channel for membership registration and payment. For assistance, contact IACL (iachnling@gmail.com) or the IACL-32 organizing committee (iacl32@163.com).
Conference Invitation Letters
Official invitation letters with the organization's stamp are expected to be sent by early March 2026 via email.
If you need the invitation letter in advance for leave requests, funding approval, or visa purposes, please contact the organizing committee, and we will assist with necessary documentation as soon as possible.
