Conference Fees
Three types of fees are involved in conference registration
Early Bird Rate

Standard Rate
From 00:00 Beijing Time, May 1, 2026
Conference Banquet
Date: June 13, 2026 (Conference Day 2)
Fee: ¥250 per person
The banquet is optional.
Due to catering arrangements, late registrations cannot be accommodated.

Important Transfer Notes
- Please indicate the purpose and participant name in the transfer note (e.g., "IACL32 Registration Fee – Zhang San", "IACL32 Banquet Fee – Zhang San", "IACL32 registration+banquet – Zhang San").
- International participants without RMB accounts should exchange currency in advance. Please consult your bank if issues arise.
- The organizing committee will verify payments regularly. Confirmation emails will be sent within 7 working days after verification.
On-site Payment
Only the IACL-32 Conference Fee can be paid on-site. Banquet fees and membership fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer or online payment.
On-site payment accepts: QR code / Card / Cash in RMB
Payment Receipts & Invoices
After completing payment, please keep your receipts (screenshot or photo) and upload them via the link below.
If you need an electronic invoice, please fill in the invoice information when uploading your receipts. Invoices will be sent after the conference. For special invoice requests, please contact iacl32@163.com.

- IACL Membership Required: As required by IACL, only registered members who have paid their membership fees are eligible to give presentations.
- Student registration requires valid student ID verification at check-in.

IACL Membership Registration & Fee
As required by IACL, only registered IACL members who have paid their membership fees are eligible to give presentations. Please complete membership registration and payment by April 30, 2026 at the IACL website. If you have forgotten your account, you may register again.
Please note that the IACL website is the only official channel for membership registration and payment. For assistance, contact IACL (iachnling@gmail.com) or the IACL-32 organizing committee (iacl32@163.com).
Conference Invitation Letters
Official invitation letters with the organization's stamp are expected to be sent by early March 2026 via email.
If you need the invitation letter in advance for leave requests, funding approval, or visa purposes, please contact the organizing committee, and we will assist with necessary documentation as soon as possible.
